Euan is the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Consultant for Standard Life. He has a passion for employer brand, talent engagement, candidate experience, social media & direct sourcing. In his current role he is responsible for developing their global talent brand & talent engagement strategies coupled with the attraction strategy for the award winning Early Careers programme. Alongside this Euan manages the recruitment for technology & digital roles. Previously he has worked for companies like Northern Marine (part of the Stena Group) where he managed their global recruitment & brand requirements, Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth where he worked on senior hires, volume campaigns, talent on-boarding & devised the attraction strategy. He started his recruitment career in agencies and had a dedicated focus on advertising, engagement, & social media. Regardless of the sector, he believes that the aim should have a people-centric approach to talent coupled with a world-class experience for multi-generational talent.
