Since beginning her career in HR, Daryl has over ten years’ experience of working within the talent marketplace. During her time with TMP she managed an extensive portfolio of clients, defining strategies and delivering projects within the experienced hire and emerging talent space.
Daryl moved in-house joining the Co-op in February 2016. The Co-op knows the importance of recruiting the right people at the right time for their unique business. That’s why the Co-op transformed the resourcing function and introduced new roles and embraced new technology, building a Candidate Marketing team that’s re-thinking the way the Co-op approaches attraction. Daryl joined to lead the Candidate Marketing team to shape attraction strategies across the Group.
The Co-op has just been listed in the UK LinkedIn Top 25 Companies, they’ve got a brand new look, that’s fresh but familiar and a new membership scheme that’s totally unique. The Co-op are investing profits back in to the communities they serve, and believe there is a better way of doing business for everyone. It’s a really exciting time to be part of the Co-op.
